Very odd that some accounts would work fine for all notifications, and one wouldn't. I don't use sparrow, but are there per account options for notifying? and do they match between your accounts? Are the accounts of the same basic type/service? This sounds like a problem with Sparrow's end, but here is some common troubleshooting for Growl's end. Quit growl, go into ~/Library/Application Support/Growl/ Tickets and delete Sparrow.growlticket (should be the right name), reopen growl, and let sparrow reregister (may take restarting sparrow). You can also look through the registered notification types in Sparrow, and see what is enabled/disabled by default. Go to the applications tab, open sparrow's settings, and switch to the notifications tab, the pop up box has a list of all notifications in it.
