On the second log, the "unresolved error document" one, we've added some additional checks and safeties for this in 1.4 (which is waiting for review with Apple).
On the first one, it looks like the connection to Growl dropped. We're working on rewriting the networking which should address this at least in part, but it's going to take a bit.
