So we've submitted Growl 1.4 to the app store, which we believe should
resolve this issue with the toolbar. If it doesn't, you can try stopping
Growl, renaming the preferences file (com.growl.growlhelperapp.plist in
~/Library/Preferences), but I'd recommend waiting on 1.4.
