Same here,Uninstalled the previous version,restarted Mac,Installed Growl 1.4 and all the apps stop showing any notifications.It worked on the previous version.Btw i'm on Mac OSX Lion 10.7.4.I hope Dev team will look into this serious issue.thanks.
