I have the same thing on my iMac and 10.7.4 with 'brand new' version of 
Growl 1.4. It's STILL OVERLOAD CPU! Seriously, Growl's team people, it's 
kind a simple to start take money for you software, but obviously it's very 
difficult to make it appropriate for being payed. Shame on you.
