Hi Guys-
I just purchased a new Macbook Pro and I saw that you can send
notifications from your android to you mac. I like the idea of having text
messages and phone calls display on my screen in case my phone is in the
other room. I have a friend who had the old growl (1.2, I think) and has
upgraded to 1.4 and everything works fine for him. I've installed growl 1.4
from the app store (paid) and the mac droid notifier from google. Droid
notifier recognizes pings from my phone, but Growl will not display them.
In fact, when I open Droid Notifier, it tells me growl is not installed.
Within Growl, Mac Droid Notifier is a registered application as well. Does
anyone have any ideas why this is giving me so many problems?

During troubleshooting, I've been able to successfully send notifications
via wifi to my friends machine. I've also tried both encrypted and
un-encrypted messages as well, bluetooth as well. :-(

Jeff
