The simplest way is to delete the ticket from Growl (Go to the applications list in preferences, select Sparrow, press delete) Then, relaunch Sparrow. Assuming everything is working right, that should be enough. Sparrow has been kind of wonky in the past, but as far as I know its working at least on 10.7.4 at the moment with Growl.
