I've just installed Bark and encountered this problem. It was working for a split-second the way I wanted it to. All of a sudden, it stopped.
I read on Bark's developer page that we must include Bark on the Growl Sandbox. I cannot successfully add Bark to Growl's sandbox, or simply do not know how to, if this is what is necessary to get it up and running the way we would like.
