so - I just upgraded my mac from 10.6.8 to 10.8.2 (don't ask why it took so long). After the upgrade, I ran the growl uninstaller script, bought growl 2.0 on the itunes store, and installed that. Now I'm getting a request from some app to find growlhelperapp. I can't figure out which app is doing that. To troubleshoot this, I've uninstalled the new growl and re-ran the uninstall script. I'm still getting requests to find growlhelperapp. Anyone know how to:
1) find out which app is doing that 2) get rid of that stupid request window for ever 3) make sure that growl will work after I reinstall it?
