Hi, I am a developer and I am sending notifications via AppleScript to Growl 2 from my app, but one of users report that since v2 some notifications simply do not appear. Do you have any similar reports and what could cause this?
The app has been on the market for many years and used to interface with the Growl framework, but since that was dropped I rewrote the interface in AppleScript. For me, it's working every time. But my user, who is using my app as a type of backup tool, insists there is a problem because they've been relying on those notifications to let them know the backup was successful - and now they occasionally go missing.
