I'm using MAC OS-X 10.8.2 I have Growl 2.0.1 I use 5 windows on my iMac 27" mid-2011. One app per window plus a spare usually. With the previous version of Growl, it didn't mean which window was open, the Growl Notifications would pop up in the designated spot (Top right). I refer to DISK DUP, SKYPE, MAIL (Apple), TOAST TITANIUM, DROPBOX.
Now only Mail notifications pop up. Apple now has a Notification Preference pane. Are they conflicting, for example?
