We don't provide any official support for changing the icons. If you really want to do this, you can look in GrowlTunes' bundle contents, in the Resources folder, and find the template we use in the menu. Your replacement icon will need to be the same format, size, and name. Be aware that this could cause issues, and if you have issues with the menu item after switching it, you would need to return it to the original one.
