The subject says it all really, Ensure at least one Display Configuration remains in Growl and set the Default Style to "No Default Display". This will not be honoured and the remaining display configuration will be used, removing all display configurations will reach the desired effect -- only the Default Action(s) being executed.
The real issue comes into play when I want to assign per-Application Displays… This becomes an impossibility because adding a display configuration means it is used globally.
