In Growl 1.4 we had to move to a sandbox friendly version of start at login, which doesn't use the users & groups launch at login list. In 1.4, we removed our old entry there, but in 2.0, we are sandboxed and cant add, remove or view whats in that list. If you are upgrading from 1.3.x or older, that entry and have the start at login switch in our preferences on could cause a double launch.
