If some notes can go through but not others, likely fault lies with the 
note you are trying to send, and yes, possibly console on either end will 
have some of the reason as to why.  Another option would be to use a tool 
such as wireshark to observe incoming packets of the message you are having 
trouble with, and see what might be wrong/different.
