Hello, Whilst it's clear when you've understand to system, this example of misunderstanding (between 1- "enable" Growl notifications in the application itself, here Adium 2- and the "enable Adium" option in Growl application ) makes me think that the whole thing could be less tricky for newcomers if the vocabulary was different.
1- "enable" Growl notifications in the applications, is quite perfect and clear 2- "enable" an application in Growl pref could be renamed into something telling it will ignore the notifications from that app, here Adium: maybe "Ignore Adium" or "Hide Adium notifications" (and preferably not "Disable Adium notifications", nor "Enable Adium", which can be wrongly related to setting the same kind of feature than point #1.) What do you think of this rephrasing? Best regards, -Yann. Christopher Forsythe wrote on 10/07/13
Adium has options for sending notifications to Growl. You sent a screenshot of Growl itself, whereas I'm talking about setting it up in Adium.
