I've recently updated to Mavericks (Mac OSX 10.9) and have Growl 1.2
installed. Originally this was installed along with Dropbox, but I have
since uninstalled Dropbox. (To be precise, the machine was having troubles
and I did a clean install of Snow Leopard and then updated to Mavericks,
and I didn't install either Dropbox or Growl since the clean install.). Now
I'd like to uninstall Growl. But every time I download the uninstaller,
unzip the zipped file, and try to run the uninstall script, I get an error
message. I've included a screen shot of the error message as an attachment.
The text states *"Uninstall Growl" is damaged and can't be opened. You
should move it to the Trash."*. What should I do? How can I uninstall the
program?
