Thanks Rudy, But something is wrong somewhere. I redownloaded the source from Google, check the tags and compiled from the revision 2c0987f24e3b as you said (which is the tag called "tip" - so I did: hg update "tip"). Once compiled it's still showing the version number 2.1.1 and still showing behaviors supposedly fixed in 2.1.3 like the preferences showing up on every launch.
So did I missed something? Thanks for the help/clarifications.
