In OS X System Preferences, check the Notification Center
preferences, "Screen Shot 2013-11-04 at 9.13.04 PM.png"  looks like a
notification from the Notification Center, check to see if it is
in Notification Center preferences and uncheck the setting for notification
center for Skype (Notification Center is on OS X 10.8+)
