Given that it's a disk image associated with firmwaresyncd (an OSX process, normal part of booting), its probably nothing to worry about. If you are using an up to date version of HardwareGrowler, open it's preferences (either from it's status bar item, dock icon, or just by launching the app again), and in the list of plugins, select the Volume Monitor and click the + sign under the exception list, and put firmwaresyncd.lgE6Ac in the item that got added, or if you want to be sure to never receive for any disk containing firmwaresyncd you can use firmwaresyncd*
