Hey Matt,

I am a moderator over at Dropbox,

I saw a post in passing where the Dropboxer's mentioned they had started
thinking of not supporting Growl. This is a topic from 12/17/2013 please
see the posts within the topic specifically one from David E. about
stopping support for Growl.

If you are running a version later than 2.4.10 this could be your issue or
it could be something else. Either way I wanted to say Growl and Dropbox
may be running on borrowed time. I fought for so hard to get them to keep
Growl in the past.

Seems like they have already made up their minds and as what seems to be
customary now they have not connected with the user based to decide if its
a good idea. (I say that as one Dropbox user to another whom still loves
Growl). I wish I could say or do more but even we moderators err Super
Users in the end are just users and we have no special bat phone. I wish I
did cause I would blow it up saying WTH.
