Guys, I am a moderator over at Dropbox,
I saw a post in passing where the Dropboxer's mentioned they had started thinking of not supporting Growl. This is a topic from 12/17/2013 please see the posts within the topic specifically one from David E. about stopping support for Growl. https://forums.dropbox.com/topic.php?id=109368#post-581684 If you are running a version later than 2.4.10 this could be your issue or it could be something else. Either way I wanted to say Growl and Dropbox may be running on borrowed time. I fought for so hard to get them to keep Growl in the past. ~thightower On Thursday, January 30, 2014 11:22:24 AM UTC-5, Daniel Siemer wrote: > > Im pretty sure Dropbox hardwired NotificationCenter on 10.8 or above in > place of Growl. > > On Wednesday, January 22, 2014 9:33:02 AM UTC-6, Chas4 wrote: >> >> Does it work if you turn of dropbox in notification pref pane? >> >> >> >> >> ---- >> Charlie Schloss >> >> Why Open the Web? >> >> Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all >> of its users.
