After a long and traumatic upgrade of Mac hardware and OS from Lion to
Mavericks, I've been trying to get Growl working again.
I've deleted it off my system (the App itself and its Containers) but it
won't reinstall from the App Store.
The download begins but towards the end, the App Store tells me that "Growl
failed to Download" and "An error has occurred" status is shown against
Growl.

My previous version of Growl was 2.0.1 and an attempt to upgrade it to
2.1.3 via the App Store also failed with a similar "The requested URL was
not found on this server" error in the log.
I'd be grateful if anyone could help with this.
