Hi Charlie.

Those are the first things I checked.

When the Apps are set to none in notification center and set to display 
a notification using Growl. I get nothing.  Apps like transmit do not have 
a user interface within itself to make a choice.

It seems notification are only being routed to notification Center 
regardless of whats set in Growl or Notification Center.

The only ones I do get are ones generated in Applescript.
