I keep running into this issue on my laptop, where I frequently connect and disconnect external displays. Growl seems to lose track of where the corner of the screen is, and starts displaying items halfway down the screen, and occasionally off screen if the list of notifications is long enough. This *may* only happen when the "main" display changes (defined by the menu bar in the Displays system pref), but I haven't quite nailed that down yet.
Does this look familiar to anyone else?
