Unfortunately, Image Capture doesn’t directly support Growl. 
However in this case, it may be possible to use Automator (check your 
applications folder; comes with OS X) to create a workflow that emits a Growl 
notification after import. I suggest fiddling with that and seeing what you can 
make happen.
