These are the two main places: ~/Library/Preferences/com.Growl.GrowlHelperApp.plist ~/Library/Application Support/Growl/ The Library directory in your home directory is hidden by default. One way to get to it is to select Finder, then in the menu Go -> Go to Folder… (or press cmd+shift+G). Type in ~/Library, hit Go, and you can navigate from there.
