I don't know if this is the appropriate place to mention this or not, but `man growlnotify` doesn't list the `--url` option.
If you do something silly like `growlnotify -Q` then --url appears in the
“Options” section, but that's it.
Just thought I'd mention it.

ps - also: `--wait` still does not seem to work properly, which I mentioned
awhile ago but thought I'd mention again just in case it fell off the radar.
