Please confirm that you're using MailMeToo version 1.0.3 (actually SMTPMail, available here: https://github.com/aglv/growl-mailmetoo/releases <https://github.com/aglv/growl-mailmetoo/releases>). Later versions were built around newer versions of Growl, and password access worked differently: the 1.2.2 GrowlHelper wouldn't have access to the keychain password saved by the Growl preferences pane, and version 1.0.3 saved the password as cleartext in the Growl preferences - not safe, but it worked...
