I want to use Growl for the following functionality: track emails coming in to a specific email address (created just for this purpose), and any email that comes in to that address, it would speak the message text. Sort of a speaking server for incoming text, to be run on Apple and Windows systems. Is this possible? If not, can anyone suggest a better way to do it?
