I believe that the bundle will be found in ~/Library/Mail/Bundles/GrowlMail.mailbundle
Quit Mail.app Go to Finder, Choose the "Go" menu, then "Go to Folder…" then enter "~/Library/Mail/Bundles/" (without the " marks) and see if you find it. HTH.
