Looks like Load Balancer is something we have to decide on and it is not
part of gRPC inherently.

So, essentially the complete solution is Service(s), Server(s), Client(s)
and Load Balancer.

Which Load Balancer would you guys recommend?

PS:- Most of our systems do not run in cloud.
