I see the problem now. The link you clicked surprisingly goes to the artifacts from the latest build, not that specific build. To get the file from that branch, you should go to https://grpc-testing.appspot.com/view/Artifacts/job/gRPC_build_artifacts/2317/architecture=x64,language=node,platform=linux/ .
