*There's an example hello world in the repo under "examples/grpc/csharp/hello-world-from-cli" with project.json files that can build with dotnet cli in coreclr. It should work on frameworks following netstandard1.5+ like netcoreapp1.0* *Is the error on "package restore"? I've only seen this sort of error before after a modified NuGet.config, perhaps related?* I agree with Alexander here. Perhaps there's some issue with you project.json file?
