gRPC Core 1.3.0 <https://github.com/grpc/grpc/releases/tag/v1.3.0> is out.

This extends to C++, Python, Node.js, C# and Objective C.

PHP and Ruby will follow shortly: PHP is ready but http://pecl.php.net/
seems to be having issues accepting submissions. We'll continue to try.
Ruby will go directly from 1.2.x to 1.3.1, in the following days.

Refer to the release notes
<https://github.com/grpc/grpc/releases/tag/v1.3.0> for details on what's
new for each language.

The language-specific packages are available on the respective package
managers as usual.

Enjoy!
David, on behalf of the gRPC team
