I'm happy to announce that gRPC Core 1.8 <https://github.com/grpc/grpc/tree/v1.8.0> is out!
This extends to C++, Python (v1.8.1 <https://github.com/grpc/grpc/releases/latest>), Node.js, C# and Objective-C. Refer to the release notes <https://github.com/grpc/grpc/releases/tag/v1.8.0> for details on what's new for each language. The language-specific packages are available on the respective package managers as usual. This will be the last major gRPC Core release in 2017. Enjoy the release and Happy Holidays!
