I don't see any reason to start a server at client machine. Are you going 
to use unary calls or bi-directional streaming calls?

Assuming you are using Java, it would be helpful if you read the Client 
Stub and Server Stub sections in the document 
https://grpc.io/docs/reference/java/generated-code.html
