Hi, by looking at the csharp_plugin.cc source code <https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/baa14a975ef92ee6fb301f0e684f56f18f2c55a7/src/compiler/csharp_plugin.cc#L42> I discovered some additional parameters that can be specified via commandline invocation as follows:
--grpc_out=internal_access,no_client,no_server:C:\my\out Are these parameter documented somewhere?
