Hi,

I was taking a look at the example below.
https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/examples/cpp/helloworld/greeter_async_client2.cc

Here one thread access completion queue on the receive side & different 
thread write on the completion queue.
Does the api user has to acquire locks in order to avoid race conditions ?

Looking at the code it looks like grpc infra will take care of protection 
but wanted to confirm the same.
