GRPC Java 1.16.1 is released and available on Maven Central and JCenter. It is a patch release to the unannounced 1.16.0. All users are encouraged to use 1.16.1 instead of 1.16.0, because 1.16.0 is ABI incompatible with 1.15.x and 1.16.1.
