The test suite should be runnable through bazel. You ought to be able to 
run bazel test //test/... and get the desired behavior this way. Right now, 
we're only working properly with bazel 0.23.2. If you can't run bazel, you 
might also be able to run our test suite using the "run_tests.py" script 
located in tools/run_tests.
