Hello gRPC team, we were checking out the NettyServerBuilder and we
stumbled upon InternalNettyServerBuilder, which has a quite interesting
comment.

Could you please shed some light on what are the statistics and metrics
being recorded here?
Do they record when a message is incoming and when is outgoing the server,
and how can we see these data?
