Most of the information logged to channelz also goes to ChannelLogger <https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/blob/master/api/src/main/java/io/grpc/ChannelLogger.java#L28>'s java logger at levels as low as FINEST. You can get them printed by lowering the log level for that class.
