I have been experiencing a problem the last couple days. Anytime I try to yarn install in a project that requires grpc, the install fails. I spent a while trying to diagnose this and eventually found that I could not access the grpc.io website either. So, I logged in to a VPN in a different region other than where I currently am (Colombia).
Lo and behold, it worked! But it is frustrating. Anytime I build a project, I get weird errors that don't tell me anything about the problem. But then, I remember: "the last time I had unexplained difficulties like this, I had to log in to the vpn". I do that, and all is well.
