Hi,

I'm a recent Xoogler and I'm wondering how the outside world lives without /rpcz. I found OpenCensus, but it only seems to show statistics and not the sampling of recent RPCs at various latency thresholds.

Is there any library that can sample incoming+outbound RPCs and show their payload for Golang?

I looked into building it myself, but I haven't found a good place to hook into the gRPC library. Using interceptors could work, but would require to be installed in every server/client created rather than globally. Abusing the binarylog seemed the only place to be global and get payloads, but it only has (possibly truncated) binary protos without their definition easily available.
