GSL 1.11 in MacPorts

Hi,

I have updated my earlier "port" of the GNU Scientific Library (GSL) for Windows Visual Studio .NET 2003 / Visual C++ 7.1 to its 1.11 version.

I hadn't even seen an announcement for version 1.11 yet... I have now updated the MacPorts GSL port to 1.11.
