Povestea de succes nu e atât de frumoasă cu MP3 și MP4 în lista formatelor audiovizuale. Sunt curios cum vor implementa această hotărâre (ultimul paragraf). Dacă funcționara trimite un document în format DOC și caractere ISO-8859-2 i se taie din salariu? Cum am putea câștiga aceleași drepturi și în România?
