Is there a way to generate an abstract stand-alone SOAP server class using
gSOAP?
I want to do this because I'd like to access Qt functions within my handlers
(e.g. QThread), and I'd prefer not to maintain my interface definitions in
multiple places. Where gSOAP generates:
/// Service operations (you should define these):
virtual int MySoapFunction(int MyParameter);
I'd like it to generate:
/// Service operations (you should define these):
virtual int MySoapFunction(int MyParameter) = 0;
I could post process this file to make it happen, or I could solve this
specific problem by changing:
: public soap
{ public:
to:
: public QThread, public soap
{ QOBJECT; public:
However, to support my build routine I'll have to automate one of those two
replacements into CMAKE.
Any thoughts?
