Hi, I'm new to gSoap and have been assigned a project to write an interface to
a Web service to validate credit cards, for an application that must use C (or
C++) to access any external functionality. I prefer C mainly because I know it
better and won't have a learning curve.

I started by writing a simple program to call an authentication method with
login credentials provided by the service, and return a passkey which I could
use for other method calls if I wanted to. The site uses https and I can
connect to it with my browser with no problem. The program, however, returns a
null pointer to the passkey within the structure that should contain it, and I
get the following from soap_print_fault():

SOAP 1.2 fault: SOAP-ENV:Sender [no subcode]
"SSL_ERROR_SSL
error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify
failed"
Detail: SSL_connect error in tcp_connect()

I've been in touch with someone at the site who asks the following:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Richard,

Would it be possible for us to have a copy of your authentication code
to see if we can replicate the error?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
What exactly is he asking for, and where can I find it?

Thanks for any help.
