I second this. The response I get is wrapped in *anonymous* <return xsi:type="SOAP-ENC:Struct">; can't do anything about it. Client stub generation should strictly be driven by WSDL, but can't as the underscore convention need be applied inbetween.
Any solution by now? As for the docs, 7.1.13 (http://www.cs.fsu.edu/~engelen/soapdoc2.html#tth_sEc7.1.13) is as explicit as it gets. I'm using gsoap win32 2.7.9l ("el").
